Experimental study of the main psychological factors in the development of corporate culture of future specialists

Abstract

The article presents the results of a study of the leading psychological factors in the development of corporate culture among future professionals. In the process of conducting the experiment, a set of psychological methods was used: studying the assessment of the strength of organizational culture"; determining the level of corporate culture, assessing the attractiveness of corporate culture" V. Snetkov; determination of the psychological climate in the organization" A. Krylov, S. Manicheva; psychological climate assessment test in the team A. Fiedler; the "Pulsar" test to assess the level of psychological development of the group; the "Assessment of corporate behavior motivation" technique; express diagnosis of social values of the individual V. Kozlov, G. Manuylov, N. Fetiskin, which helps to identify personal, professional and socio-psychological orientations and preferences.


In the process of the research, the characteristic features of the existing corporate culture of the higher education institution were identified, and it was determined that the organizational culture existing in the institution is described by a significant share of future specialists as moderately strong, which means positive prospects for adjusting the corporate culture of the students themselves.


These characteristics also refer to the determination by future specialists of medium and high levels of the existing corporate culture, which indicates an optimistic attitude regarding the development of the corporate culture of students. Important features of the attitude of future professionals to the corporate culture of their higher education institution were also revealed. Based on the obtained data, it was determined that, in general, the corporate culture of the institution of higher education is quite unattractive for future specialists. The obtained total indicator of the attractiveness of corporate culture, which was determined as the difference between the indicator of real KK and the indicator of ideal KK, has a negative value, which means that future professionals have a negative attitude to the existing corporate culture of their institution.
