Abstract

The state of development of the scientific concept of ensuring the security of the judiciary, the provisions of international standards of the judiciary and some trends in this field indicate the partially satisfied demand for security of judges, court staff, judicial authorities and the judiciary. The measures taken are not systemic in nature, as they concern only certain aspects (threats) to the security of the judiciary. In order to develop a comprehensive organizational and legal mechanism to ensure the security of the judiciary, the relevant problem should be considered in the complex. In this article, we aim to summarize the results of research on the theory and practice of judicial security and to summarize and detail the relevant principles, as well as provide recommendations for their enshrinement in regulations.
